I love this massager! My legs were killing me and it helped them. So why only three stars? Because I can't say if it can do everything the company claims it can. They say there is vibration but I don't feel any vibration just rollers massaging the legs. But they are so strong that they can mask the vibration. However, I don't feel any vibration. It's supposed to get warm, but when I turn it on I don't feel a difference. Is it because the machine is defective or because I'm insensitive to the difference? I can tell when my feet get hot, but it just doesn't warm them up. There's also no indication of which mode you're using. I can tell I'm in a different mode every time I press the button, but there's no indication of what mode I'm in, which would be easy to do and very user-friendly would be helpful. Positive sides. There's a wide range of pressure from very light to very hard, and it's easy to adjust from low to high and back again. It's also very easy to switch from one mode to another with the press of a button, but again there's no indicator light to let you know which mode you're using. And most importantly for me, it has made my legs so much better, sooooo much better. I would like to give five stars because it works so well, but without feeling any vibration or heat it would make me feel right at home. I lied to give it more than three stars. BUT, it really makes my legs feel a lot better!
