I'm 5 inches tall, weigh about 140 pounds and ordered a size medium! As you can see, it suits me. So I would say order is the size you wear, at first I wasn't sure because some reviews said to order one size up but I took a chance because I needed it for the weekend and I did glad I did The top was tight against my chest (36C) when I first put it on and I had to help adjust the straps to make it fit better because they twisted a little when first putting it on , but overall I can't complain. It's very cute and comfortable, especially for the price!
