Removes mascara insufficiently

I use micellar water and cotton pads for cleaning, so the fact that it has to be washed off makes the procedure very messy. If you need to wash off the mascara with water, it's better if you just use a facial cleanser to remove the mascara. If you don't rinse, wake up with mascara. To be honest, rinsing it off with water can have the same effect as using this gel and then rinsing it off. I will continue my search for a vegan eye makeup remover.
