Review on PureComfort - Pillow with Ear Hole: Alleviate Ear Pain & CNH, Adjustable & CertiPUR-US Memory Foam Fill, 100 Night Trial by Tina Brown

After seven nights I was blown away by this pillow. I have sleep apnea and CNH (tender tender pain) in my left ear. I've been looking for a comfortable pillow for months. I've cut holes in memory foam pillows and foam pillows on the fly, but I've never felt comfortable with them. I sleep on my side and the pillows mentioned interfere with my nasal CPAP mask thus disrupting my sleep resulting in poor sleep quality. The adjustable filling of the Pure Comfort pillow ensures that the mask stays in place no matter which side I sleep on. In addition, the hole in the pillow is large enough and in a convenient place. I wake up well rested. Finally! I would recommend this pillow for these reasons as well as the excellent customer service. I want to update from 12/20/2019. As the reviewer noted, the original pillowcase has a zipper that doesn't extend the full width of the cover. I assume that since the zipper is lightweight it will eventually fail after struggling to get a pillow in. Gina, the President and contact person, was very nice and provided a free pillowcase, although this pillowcase, which is different from the original, is too small to cover the entire pillow. I will wait and order a new upgraded pillowcase. But to be clear I am very happy with this pillow for the reasons stated in my original review. Update July 3, 2020 I have contacted Pure Comfort to see if there is an updated pillowcase that fits the pillow better. Gina, the President, informed me that there is indeed a new zippered pillowcase that stretches the full width of the pillow. I would have to buy a pillow to get it. BUT I got such a generous discount that it was worth buying. The zipper on the pillowcase is really big enough now. Haven't seen such outstanding customer service in a long time, if ever. Highly recommended!
