The best thing about this product is that it has multiple versions of windows available so you can choose what works best for your organization. It also offers many different applications and tools that you can use for training purposes. I dislike the fact it's sometimes a little slow in loading when using it via remote desktop, but if you have access to a local computer with good specs, it will run just fine. We are able to train our employees remotely without having to come into the office. This makes it more efficient because we don't have to take time off from work to do these trainings.
