Like a person with long nails who hates filing, trimming, or other general nail care. I LOVE THIS FILE. it smoothes sharp edges in a matter of seconds and feels very good in the hand. Normally I would use a large file with a buffer and a different granularity. Found it at your dollar store and I hate how much nail work I have to do. Because I work a lot in the garden, I constantly lose large chunks of my nails. So when I have to submit them, it costs me a lot of time.
