Rubber feet aren't the most durable things you'll ever see. The way they are attached is the main problem. If you tighten the screws at all, the legs basically fall off. The screws need a larger head to clamp the legs. However, it doesn't matter if for some reason you don't really need legs. I only use them on router and Xbox. I just connected to my router as it is always on and set the speed to medium. In fact, air movement inside the router is pretty important. On high they're still not very loud, but since I leave them on 24/7 I figured a medium setting would be a good setting. Having different speeds is handy in case I need to capture them and use them for other purposes.
