Review on 🪡 Sally Hansen Face & Bikini Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit – Pack of 1 by Lisa Golden

I really like the Sally Hansen brand, but what an unfortunate event. I heated the wax pot according to the instructions (90 seconds), the wax didn't melt for some reason (maybe it was old even though I just ordered it?). I heated another 20 seconds STILL WITH A WARNING I wouldn't hear for more than 2 minutes total. When I tried to stir the wax with a stick after letting it sit for a minute, the wax spattered all over my hand as I cracked the hard surface layer of the wax pot. I went to the emergency room and have a second degree burn on my arm. It hurts terribly. This isn't the first time I've waxed at home, but probably the last - definitely not worth it! Just go to the salon. Update: I called Sally Hansen and they review the product, send documentation and ask for my medical bills. The lady was very nice on the phone and apologized. Hope everything works out!
