Use a stronger pump
This is a great chair! Don't listen to the comments that the ball is too small, you just need to use a bigger pump to pump enough air into it. We used the air pump that came with our air mattress. The chair fits our 7 year old and 9 year old (he is the model in the attached picture). Young children may have trouble sitting all the way back and touching the floor. I would say this is the right size for 4th grade.
