Review on Ultimate Relief: Comfier Heated Knee Brace Wrap with Massage, Vibration and Heating Pad for Fatigue, Leg Massager, Stress Relief by Andrew Hare

I unwrapped this pack (Comfier Vibrating Knee Brace Warmer for Knee Pain) and was relieved to find that it includes two knee pads, allowing both knees to be warmed and vibrated at the same time. Note that the package description on Revain's website is horribly worded, leaving the buyer wondering if it's a knee or two. Basically, the system consists of three parts; two knee pads and a 12 volt transformer to power them. Two pads can be electrically connected simply by connecting two pigtails. The transformer then connects to the left panel and to the 120V wall outlet. At this point you want to press the power button on the left panel. When I tried turning on two of my pads, nothing happened. I checked that the transformer is providing the required 12V DC (it was). The switch on the seals sent to me turned out to be defective. I returned a Revain product for a refund to my credit card. I'm tired of dealing with products that are shipped to customers untested.
