Very Nice Cleaner on my review.

I have used this cleaner for almost 3 years. Love it. I use Simple Green's (Purple cleaning fluid) I noticed that one of the top latches was going to fail some time in the coming years. I tried the web site (opm-tools.com) but it did not go to the correct place. The folks at the web site that came up, sent my e-mail on to the folks who make the cleaner, but they did not bother to respond. So I assume that I will not be able to buy a replacement latch for it when the time comes.
