I bought this dollhouse for my daughter, it's perfect for a 4 year old girl. It's easy to assemble. Dollhouse furniture is lightweight as it is made of plastic, but seems sturdy enough to be played with for a long time. My girls have a lot of fun with her. The three best things about this dollhouse are the many accessories and flexible choices for how you want to build it and that you can easily change the look.
