Review on πŸŒ™ MLILY Serenity Premium Breathable Memory Foam Thick Bed Pillow for Neck Pain Relief, Cervical Pillow for Side Sleepers, Medium Firm Support, Queen Size by Heather Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

#2 in Bedding

UPDATED review after use. I have raised my rating to 4 stars. Although it's still not the quality/density we thought it would be. My baby slept great in it. If we didn't have our original mlily pillow, that seems better than this one. We would enjoy it without question. I still wish the inner liner was thicker than our original and the foam was exactly the same. BUT this pillow helped my son sleep through the night and he moved MUCH less than usual. Maybe over time it will soften and we'll learn to love it as much as our first one. The time will show. :) Original review. I'm giving 3 stars because it would be unfair to give 2 stars because I'm disappointed. We have ONE pillow from this company and it is AMAZING! I assumed that this pillow of the same shape, name and description would be identical. Unfortunately it isn't. It's not as thick/soft as our first one. (Even considering the original pillow is a few years old.) The quality of the memory foam isn't that comfortable. Our original pillow gently conforms to the shape of your shoulders/neck/head providing amazing support and comfort. Unlike this one. It's harder if that makes sense. The inner cover is much thinner (transparent) and inferior material than our original, and you can easily tell two pillows are different. There is no firmness rating on the product when purchased, but it arrived labeled 'medium'. I wonder if there is another level and maybe this is our original level. It would have been nice to know that there are different densities when purchasing. The sad thing is that it was a present for my little son and he is very disappointed. will we keep it I'm not sure. We shipped it to Canada and I had to pay shipping and handling fees so not sure if they will be returned. After the exchange rate and all the fees, a pillow cost me about $75. If we could get a pillow like our original, it would undoubtedly be worth it. This one, not so much. For such a price I want to love.
