Great experience! They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of corporate legal work - formation/governance- structuring transactions & mergers as well providing excellent advice for tax planning. I would highly recommend this firm if you need solid guidance with any aspect related to your corporation or transaction structure (tax matters included). This was my first time using an LLC service provider so i had no idea what to expect but they were professional throughout every step. Their attention paid towards detail makes them stand out above other providers that we researched when looking at forming different types of entities such as C Corp vs S Corporation etc.. The ability to get answers faster than anyone else has been great too since these issues always pop up during board meetings!
