They're pretty easy to install. I used double sided foam tape to attach it to the back of the lights as they came off the roll. Pretty easy to have another person put the tape on and feed the other while you mount the light. I placed the lantern roll and ribbon roll on a broomstick held up by two chairs on either side and pulled them out while I attached the ribbon to the lights.
