the packaging does not match the picture but the product is the same. I bought one of these at a hardware store about a year ago and I love how the water flows through it and the drain but the hair gets stuck in it. I threw it away because it turned brown over time, but I immediately bought another one from Amazon. Just place it in the sink, then shower it, and every time you're done showering, pick it up, rip your hair out, toss your hair, put it back in the fight. I'll have to look up how to keep it from getting hard over time, but I love it and it works. I am shocked at how much hair falls out after showering. Now, thanks to this little beauty, all that hair is NOT going down the drain.
