Not too bright to be distracting and not dim
I was skeptical at first but when I plugged it in the color was amazing. I was concerned that it would be too bright and then look too bright, but it has very good brightness, which makes the car stand out even during the day. The only thing I noticed is that the small black electronics case hums at a high pitch. But I managed to close it in the car and now it makes no noise.
