That we can easily manage all our data in one place without having multiple programs for different types of tasks such as projects or issues that are related. We have been using moonCamp since it was launched about 8 months ago now but I still haven't found anything specific to dislike so far! The only thing that i don;t like yet would be to create custom dashboards/reports from scratch which could get tedious if you want them customized too much (custom reports with way more advanced graphs etc.) But other than tha thi s everything has worked very well thusfar especially once your familiarized yourself how things works since there's plenty documentation available online plus training sessions also via their community forum. Managing project time sheets / budgets better than any excel spreadsheet ever did before. Keeping track of employee hours spent working vs billable costs per client.
