I bought this for one purpose - to use the WiFi phone holder/charger in my Jeep Patriot for a small shelf. No product I could find installed well or offered the right angle to hold the phone properly. It's perfect! I liked all available options (12) 1/4-20 for mounting. The two at the top of the handle are a brilliant touch. There are smaller holes with a square pattern and one with very fine threads which I think are more camera oriented. They have some weight and feel like quality material. There's even rubber grips on the inside of the claw to protect what you're gripping. If I ever need something for editing in the future, I will definitely come to him. I can't wait to get the 3D printed ball mount I designed for the finishing touch when using this product!
