Review on Renewed Wacom Intuos Pro Medium Creative Pen Tablet PTH660 - Shop Now! by Devarajan Devarajan ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not the best quality, but generally not bad.

Before that, there were (everyone had a pen without a battery) in order of priority: bamboo fun, trust canvas tablet, samsung galaxy note2, lenovo x230 table, parblo coast 16. The latter had not very positioning in the corners (apparently due to the substrate for the size of the display ). But in general they all worked about the same. In order not to wear out the surface, you can stick a film from some tablet. I pasted the one I had at hand (from the ipad air, although the cutouts for the home button and the camera slightly go to the work surface). I think from ipad pro 11 matte is perfect. I have not tried the new Chinese pen tablets without a battery, but if you have the opportunity to compare before buying, then by all means do it. I watched reviews of Chinese tablets, on one I saw that there is a backlight on the corners of the working surface (a really useful thing for positioning movements). Why is this not in a tablet 2 times more expensive? Unclear. On bluetooth there is an input delay (in ten minutes you do not notice). It is certainly not critical, but still not pleasant (at the time of the release of this tablet, there were already wireless gaming mice without delays). For the price that it costs, there is no wow effect. If only the displays were put on the buttons, as in intuos 4, or the stand was put in the kit. Of course, it is clear that this is a "professional" device, but here it is on the table, and I want to say to the manufacturer: "ALE! where are the innovations that would justify its cost?".

Pros
  • Materials are pleasant to the touch Pen pressure sensitivity (good linearity over the entire pressure range) Replaceable work surface Convenient wire Pen tilt (don't use) The touch ring clearly fulfills the input The software (compared to my previous tablets) is very good Support with an opening for a sjem of cores.
Cons
  • Inadequate prices for accessories (working surface ~ 3, pen ~ 8) The buttons are all pressed differently (a couple are generally slurred) The buttons on the pen are loose
