I am happy I was able to get into the body suit without tearing the tiny hooks out or tearing the fabric. Working on the hooks worried me somewhat, but glad they all closed and I was not uncomfortable at that point. The backside that extends high up to cover almost all your back does a good job of keeping the extra back (and side) flabs tucked in place. It really smoothes out your back (and gives a pretty good back support too). The bodysuit does a good job tucking in the lower abdominal flab and shapes up the torso.The fabric appears very durable and hooks are very well sewn on, that I think I do not need to worry about breaking the suit. But I probably like a big zipper closure better (if they can be as durable as this one too) since I am nearsighted and found trying to hook up these tiny hooks to be quite tedious. I am not sure how effective the crotch zipper will be, but it sure is an interesting stuff. This suit comes with some anti-rolling silicone bands at the thighs to prevent the unsightly curling. My thighs aren't that big, so there is hardly any fabric stretches at the thighs that I can not tell how much they will stop the curling for me. However, having some traction there is a great idea.I followed their instruction and stopped wearing the suit after about an hour and half. I was feeling ok then. I am happy with the suit. Measure yourself and get the correct size that fits you and you will be happy too.
