My iPhone uses contact charging so I was very disappointed when I didn't have my pop socket until I found this one. I have a thin case on my iPhone 11 and it still sticks well to the sides. I think if my phone case was thicker it wouldn't work at all. But I never let him jump on me. It's a great invention, I'm glad they put it out because it's nice to have that pop socket back and it's really nice to be able to just pop it off without having to press the buttons on my phone . or anything dramatic to get in touch with charging. And if you use the original hanging hooks, this will work. The button is exactly the same size as the original pop sockets.
