I have combination skin and cystic acne along my jawline which could be hormonal due to my birth control. Wearing masks during a pandemic also irritates that part of my face. I tried a set of African Black Acne Soap and it really irritated my skin and made my acne worse. I've been using this coconut soap for about three months now and I love it! I had an old bottle that was a few years old and my skin is much softer; so reordered! It completely eliminated my small whiteheads and greatly reduced the size of my cystic acne and finally got rid of it (over a month). I gave it four stars because it doesn't work well on discoloration and obviously doesn't work quickly on some types of acne. However, I didn't expect this product to help my skin that much, but it really is a life saver and I hope it lasts for a long time. If you have any type of acne you should try it and see if it works for you. Also, the bottle I received smelled and looked good, which I was concerned about after reading previous reviews.
