The steps were perfect, the equipment provided and the ease of installation was great, the hammock isn't that much. It's not exactly as pictured, with wooden dowels that fit straight into the back and a hole in the side of the wood to add screws, but no instructions and no hole in the dowel. Incorrect fittings for a hammock. The fabric is too long, so it hangs too low. My cat wouldn't do it. I had to use the 5 pieces of equipment I had on hand because she was so sad she could climb stairs but couldn't get on the hammock which didn't stick to the wall and is so thin it's difficult to dem dodge tree. (and hangs so low) so the first thing they do is step on the front or the sides (dowels that rotate) and it's not safe for them! Thinking it was safe made my own fancier cover and it still fell on the top two screws. I put 20 holes in my concrete wall (yes, with rocks and still with my own dowels, but nothing holds and the dowels creak and startle them. Sucks).
