From the first use of this medium, it was clear that it was of poor quality! I used it to carry my little chihuahua (weighing only 4 pounds). Because the bag didn't have proper support, the bottom buckled under my back, making it impossible for her to lie down in it...she felt uncomfortable and had to stay seated! So… I made some changes, adding support both at the bottom and at the back (which hugs my back). I will never buy this bag again! The photos I took are after I reconstructed the bag. Below are the issues I found with the bag and a summary of the changes I made to the bag. 1st photo...for better support I cut and glued 4 vinyl cutting boards (purchased from Dollar Tree...2 for $1) to the back. area (where it rests against my back). 2nd picture...the shoulder straps were too short and digging into my shoulders. So I cut two straps out of an old backpack and sewed them onto the bag's straps. 3rd photo... for better support I cut and glued 3 vinyl cutting boards putting the original bottom insert on top of the vinyl. Vinyl cutting boards are what is shown in the picture. This item just wasn't safe or comfortable for the pet or the person wearing it! I think I should be reimbursed for the transport box and the money spent on the upgrade! My puppy is very important to me and after spending my hard earned money on such an inappropriate product I am disappointed! Be careful with all online purchases!
