That's great work and all, but it's going to be hot as hell. The instructions are very clear: use an oven mitt to open and close any boy you like. This is a bit of a concern because I don't think it has any temperature control at all. and as you cook them, they will get hotter/. Cooking times are vague, the insert says cooking for 1-3 minutes is hard to tell if it's done or burned. A 10" flour tortilla is too big, the sides fold in like a rim, an 8" cake fits just right. But it's ten times faster than baking in the oven and less messy.
