I like how easy it was to use and navigate through the program. It made my life easier by allowing me to keep track of employee information such as attendance, leave balance, paychecks etc. The payroll function could be improved. Sometimes when we would try to print our paycheck there were errors or it didn't work correctly. This has been fixed now though so this isn't an issue anymore. If anyone needs help setting up their computer they can easily do so using the online training videos provided. They are very helpful! There really aren't any downsides other than maybe some minor glitches here and there. I'm solving issues related to time off, sick days, vacation balances, payroll processing and more.
