Upgrade your TV with LED backlighting

Backlighting is a very interesting addition to your TV. LED strips consist of several parts of different sizes. The idea is to attach and mount them to your TV. The strips have two types of connectors, one at each end. One with exposed pins and one with holes. They connect jaws with holes to hook them. The pens are fragile and I had to use reading glasses to make sure I didn't damage them. There's a main unit that acts as a receiver for Wi-Fi and power, and the bands connect to it. Each strip is secured with 3m tape which is great. difficult to move it. I was also afraid of bending the strip too much around the corner of the TV. As long as you gently stick it to the surface, you should be fine. Depending on the product idea, corner elements can be present as connectors. If you need to bend a strip I would suggest using smaller pieces of strip for folding. The thickness of the strip is about 2 mm. When illuminated, they are almost invisible. If they are off, you can see them. I wish they were black to blend with the TV body. Pairing was quick. Unlike a hub, they connect directly to the WiFi. It is interesting to see a non-Zigbee product from Sengled in this scenario. The good thing is that you can still use your sengled app to control it and also link it to Alexa or Google via sengled. Sengled needs to determine if they can connect directly to a third-party hub without using their app. Overall a buy to try. Could be great for a date. One last note: when lit, all the lights get the same color.
