The cut is too tight even for a large size
No matter how simple this item is, a big manufacturer can make an uncomfortable t-shirt. Absolutely. I have a full suitcase of medium Ts from different manufacturers that fit perfectly. (I'm 5ft 11", 175lbs.) My first order of medium Hanes was too tight - could barely make it. I sent back the ones I didn't try on for larger ones. They, too, are uncomfortable over the entire length. behind and under the arms.
