Good clean cuts, can be used on silicone mat
I can't use a regular knife on a silicone mat so I use this chopper to cut bread dough when making braids and braids. It cuts the dough very cleanly without damaging my silicone mat. I also like the ruler on the side so I can space out the cuts evenly. It is very durable and helps lift decorative soft pastry buns and carry them onto the baking sheet.
