I ended up sending them back because I had 2 different sizes to test and the others fit better. They are excellent quality and the ones I left work great. Same brand so I think they will work well for who they fit.

Pros

LOZAEVE 16mm flange inserts for compatibility with Spectra S1, S2/Freemie/Maymom 28mm funnels. This reduces the nipple tunnel from 28mm to 16mm. Also fits Medela breast cups (PersonalFit Flex, Harmony, Freestyle, Swing Maxi, Sonata and Symphony) 27mm.
