Review on 🖨️ Premium compatible EPS Replacement Toner for Samsung SL-M2820DW and SL-M2870FW (Compatible with Samsung MLT-D115L) by Mark Marcellus

The first toner cartridge I received was defective (and I paid for next day shipping as I ran out of ink). Paper kept getting stuck in the cartridge causing a paper jam error. Customer service was friendly but sent a replacement after the 2nd day which meant I didn't have to wait for the ink for 3 days. The reason I didn't work at all was a mistake on my part in ordering the wrong toner cartridge. When I wanted to replace with an empty one, I found an error. This prompted a 1 day service for a genuine EPS toner cartridge. So it was a double blow for me when the first toner cartridge failed and I had to wait another 2 days for a replacement to arrive. and hope it will be fine. Luckily the second one I got works fine. But a failed first cartridge will result in a 4 star rating instead of 5 stars. Support would have improved my experience by sending a replacement the next day.
