Marked as a cutout, it detaches. Easily tearable in both directions

Notch mark. According to the package description, it can tear in one direction. What I received tears both ways very easily and the papery feel is more like a teardrop than a fillet. I've been embroidering for over 15 years and have never encountered a pattern that, if at all, tears easily or feels like paper. Unfortunately, that doesn't work for wearables in my opinion.
