Review on 📺 SAMSUNG 2020 Full-Tilt Wall Mount (58"-75") - WMN4277ST/ZA: Advanced Wall Mount Bracket for Optimal TV Viewing Experience by Danny Kamerer

I bought this TV mount because it was made by Samsung and I thought it would be the best mount for my 65 inch Samsung TV. The only good thing about this mount was the installation. It was very easy to assemble and install. But it ends there. It was very difficult to align the handles that came in the box for the back of the TV. It was VERY frustrating holding such a large TV with all 4 tiny handles crammed into each of them. 4 small slots on the bracket. When we finally installed the TV on the mount, we found that the mount didn't tilt forward as advertised. I had the same experience as some of the other reviewers where the mount causes the TV to tilt up. The same negative reviews were also on the Samsung website. Sorry for reading all the reviews first. For this price there shouldn't be such problems. There's a lot for 1/3 the price with a much simpler mounting system on top, Samsung customer service is terrible. I've tried getting instructions on how to fix the tilt issue and possibly adjusting the mount to tilt. After spending 20 minutes with the automated system not understanding the issue, I spent another 10 minutes with a real person reading me the mount's characteristics and how it tilts. I explained that I contacted them because the product is not tipping back and forth as advertised and I need to know how to fix it. Then I was arrested and the person who came back asked me if the mount was professionally installed? GRRR! I suggest getting a universal hook and rail attachment system for $50. The complete installation and hanging of the TV was very easy and perfectly tilted. The downside is that it's not that easy to get to the back of the TV.
