Review on Review: Propet Women's W3851 Wash & Wear Slip-On – Comfort and Convenience Combined by Maria Marshall

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect - but you may need to adjust the size

I have had several pairs of Propet shoes of this type and have never had a problem adjusting to them. I had a black pair and two all white. This time I chose white with a dark blue "rubber collar". I only wear these shoes at home because I fractured my ankle badly (I have an iron on my right ankle and wear a splint outside). So these shoes have always worked for me as I was able to easily put them on and take them off. Also, not all pairs were purchased through Revain. So I originally bought them in my usual size: 10 M (US Women's 10 B). I tried wearing them at home for several hours a day and my feet and ankles hurt a lot. I had no room to move my toes and the collar was very stiff for me. I had to send them back. I was in desperate need of a new pair, so I reordered them in the same color combo but in a size 10 W (US Women's 10 D). Ahh, they fit so much better! The fingers have room to rotate. My only problem is that after wearing them all day I can't put them back on. My feet just can't adjust and slide in. They are still like new after wearing them. There's plastic boning in the heel area (sort of) so it's well constructed (I wore the insides of my last pair so I'm aware of the plastic boning). They've always worked for me and I'm sure like all my others they will wear out over the years to come. There is no arch support, which suits me perfectly. With my ankle issues I feel very safe in them and would highly recommend them.
