I try to sleep on my back because I don't like the wrinkles on my chest and face when I sleep on my side. However, sometimes I just can't make it through the night, so I wear a silicone breast pad to prevent breast wrinkles (and I use a special pillow that prevents facial wrinkles). It's hard to find good silicone nursing pads. and especially for the neck. They are generally too expensive for their lifetime. I've learned that washing with some soap and water and air drying will remove the oils and bring back the glue. I wasn't aware of this before and used more pads than necessary. These silicone pads are thick. The chest pad holds up well and works well. I'm of the age where I get hot when I sleep and sometimes it slips off, but overall it works well. The neck pad is uncomfortable, but most are. I can't wear it at night. Instead, I wear them for several hours during the day while I'm working on the computer. Then my neck is in the perfect position for it. :) It's definitely the right price (the first one I bought was $30 for a single chest pad that didn't work any better than this one).
