Had the original LS50 for many years, fairly good mini monitor but was missing something. Login to LS50 Meta. Cold, out of the box, stunned. A big upgrade for the LS50 and quite possibly one of the best mini monitors under $3,000. Shocked by image, transparency, sound stage. And that without more than 100 hours of running-in time. Every day the speakers opened up and continued to thrive. Heed the amplification advice: you need a lot of power to sound great. Cleanliness, high performance is the key here. Class AB, preferably Class A. Forget Class D as an option, you won't hear the Meta's true sonic signature. Highly recommended. Really blown away by these speakers. Buy them now!
