I bought this iPad for my daughter in April. She's not rude with her electronics, she had her previous iPad from ages two to seven. She had this iPad from April to September and the charging port just stopped working. I thought there might be something wrong with the charging port when I first got it. But I thought it was because maybe it just didn't work with Apple's unofficial chargers. But this month I realized something was wrong with the charging port. I tried to contact the company but they don't help at all. Do not buy from this company. I brought it in to estimate how much it would cost to fix and was told at a regular phone repair center it would be anywhere from $100 to $250 because the part has to be soldered on. I wouldn't mind paying $200 but if I have to pay $250. I can buy a new one for 150R. So it's absolutely not worth it! They also said it would be a lengthy process, at least a week, to restore it.
