Review on BOX USA B201410 Corrugated Boxes: Durable and Reliable Packaging Solution by James Crofton

In the last 10 months I have received over 100 of these boxes in 6 different batches. I reordered because I was happy with the product. I use these boxes to ship products I make for my small business and ship them throughout the United States. This time the boxes arrived damaged from the shipping company and I couldn't use 4 of them. 3 or 4 more due to poor assembly by the manufacturer. It appears that the seam seal was broken during assembly which meant I had to reinforce the seams with heavy duty packing tape which also increased the shipping cost. Why didn't I send them back you might be thinking? I needed them for delivery and couldn't wait for another delivery. I will order these boxes again but this time if I get the same result I will send them back and look elsewhere. important to my business, so I understand the implications of good and bad reviews. I hope that the manufacturer/supplier is made aware of this.
