Love Skinmedica. A rich cream (not liquid or watery) but melts right onto the skin. Just the right consistency. Feels incredible! I like that they come in tubes because if the cream is touched by a human hand it spoils. Repeated dipping in the jar will destroy the jar (use small plastic spoons if you buy cream jars and wash them well between uses!). The tube saves you the hassle and keeps the cream very fresh. The tube doesn't look huge but it lasts a long time and I'm the type to grease it up day and night. No sparing use of creams for me! The ingredients are excellent and my skin feels soft as silk and very well hydrated. I also love TNS Ceramide Cream! You can't go wrong with Skinmedica.
