Bluetooth does not work with software, POINT. For the production.

it supports bluetooth. The mouse connects to the laptop with no problems. The problem with this mouse, however, is that it's not possible to disable RGB or change the DPI settings for the mouse when connected via Bluetooth. When starting the iCUE mouse software, the error message "Device not found" is displayed. After pairing the mouse with a dongle or USB cable, the software works smoothly. And here's the stupid part. Any changes you make only apply to the mouse as long as the software is connected to the mouse. So if you make changes to DPI and RGB and plan to switch computers frequently, the mouse will always use RGB in Rainbow mode unless you have the software installed on every computer you use and you need the Use default DPI settings. Regardless of whether the software is installed or not, if you connect the mouse via Bluetooth you will get the same results as with Rainbow RGB and the default DPI settings as the mouse cannot communicate with the software via Bluetooth. I contacted the manufacturer about the issue and they confirmed it is normal for the mouse. The mouse cannot store any of your profile settings on the mouse itself. So Bluetooth isn't well suited if you don't like Rainbow RGB and don't have to hit the DPI button every time you turn on your mouse to get a setting that matches what you want. All of this could be fixed if you could save changes to the mouse and activate those changes every time you turn the mouse on, regardless of which connection method you choose and regardless of whether the iCUE software is installed.
