I'm quite picky, well, everything and the requirements are high. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised that the product arrived quickly, well packaged and even easy to assemble. I put it together with picture instructions which took about 10 minutes to do fairly decently and loved how heavy and labor intensive it is for such a thin wood. I bought it because it takes up less space than other trees and is not too expensive. I wanted to have a place in the dressing room to hang all sorts of little things (sweatshirts, scarves, clothes for the next day, pyjamas) as I don't have room for hooks on the wall. I put things on a chair. If I had a treadmill, they would go there. You will get an image. No fun. In general it works perfectly, the quality is good and above all it does its job well. It's nice to be more organized and not have to rummage through annoying piles to find comfortable sweatpants. I enjoy all the different ways I can use it as it has multiple hooks that don't overlap and hide things underneath.
