I like that it allows me, as an admin/super user of my infrastructure (SANs), access all data from any location in our environment via VPN or directly connected devices with one click; this makes managing so much easier for myself than having multiple tabs open across different consoles within each device's dashboard. It also has many other features such as file sharing between users which can be very helpful when trying not only solve problems but educate others too about best practices through knowledge management solutions using SharePoint etc., along side some great security options available including 2FA authentication methods if required by your organisation policy requirements - highly recommend doing trial version first before purchasing licence otherwise you may end up wasting money due time issues solving non-existent problem(which we have solved now after 3 months). We are working together at NOC level providing support & maintenance service agreements where clients need.
