I love these beeswax wraps. I started using them because a friend told me they prevent cheese mold. She was right! Now I enjoy using them to store many different foods AND cheese :-) They are easy to keep clean, either by brushing them off or if they come into contact with wet or wet foods, just use a mild detergent with a soft sponge. Wipe them off and rinse under cold water. Lay them out on a dish rack to dry, then fold them back up and put away until you need them again. This saved me a lot of money on plastic bags and plastic wrap. The antibacterial and antifungal properties help prevent bad odors in food stored in the refrigerator for long periods of time. Like cheese :-)
