Review on King Size Vellux 100% Cotton Super Soft Sheet Blanket - Weighted, Cozy, All Seasons, Comfortable, Warm - Light Gray by Danielle Rogers

My family used sheets on mattresses for years but no sheets, just cotton sheets for the top layer of our beds. That makes it so easy for everyone to make their bed in the morning. I was so excited to see these combo sheets and duvets I couldn't wait for them to arrive. They looked great right out of the box. Edges and corners are neatly turned over and sewn. However, washing turned the sheet into an ugly, crumpled, old-fashioned mess. The 200tc sheet fabric is too thin and prone to wrinkling. After washing it felt creepy on the skin, like old worn hotel sheets. The side of the blanket was perfect. I folded these sheets/duvets back and sent them back to Revain without even placing them on the bed. This product uses approximately 150tc mercerized poly/cotton percale for the sheet layer. Then it has enough density, clarity and beauty to work as intended. More threads definitely does NOT mean higher quality. I would be very happy to purchase this product in the future if it is recycled with the best tarpaulin fabric for the job.
