This is a really good bag. This is a good size bag. Not too small or too big. Inside the bag there are patch pockets and the main compartment is spacious. On the outside there are two patch pockets (one on the front and one on the back). Both pockets hold my iPhone 11. There is also a small external zippered pocket on the front. Zippers open and close smoothly. When I carry a bag, both straps stay on my shoulder. It has been folded so there is a small crease on the back of the bag. I'm sure it will go away with time. Also, the fabric attracts some furries (not enough to distract me from using it). For these two reasons I give 4 stars. Overall if you are looking for a smaller bag I would recommend buying this bag.
