In the third week of using this keyboard, I noticed that a few keys don't work and don't register, this problem eventually went away and became less frequent. So far, I remember connecting my smartphone to my RK61, but then I decided to reconnect my keyboard to my computer as I usually use it all the time (I have the bluetooth switch on the back of my RK61 switched off). but i forgot to turn off bluetooth on my smartphone, is there any problem to fix it? Gosh, my RK61 started configuring and acting weird, it was connecting to my smartphone when the bluetooth switch was off. Finally, my keyboard only works wirelessly via bluetooth, when I try to connect it to my computer it doesn't recognize it (I'm using my old keyboard to write this review and overall I'm very disappointed), it went from the Never play Windows sound again if you accidentally connect a peripheral device. The RK61 doesn't even need an internal battery to connect it to the board to use Bluetooth, PS I also tried resetting the keyboard to factory defaults by pressing FN + Spacebar <-- after doing that never wanted to type my pc again. I really liked this keyboard but I was very disappointed in it. . .I'm trying to email RK to see if they can email me a firmware update or help me in some way. The keyboard works via Bluetooth and it still lights up when I connect it to my computer. (but no windows sound when device is plugged in) Also it doesn't want to print anything at all. Sometimes I only hear the Windows sound when the device is unplugged and plugged in in the background, but now it doesn't - I tried another USB Type-C cable, same thing - my other keyboard works fine in the same USB Port - Tried RK61 in all other USB ports, everything was fine. - Make sure Bluetooth is turned off and not even paired on all my mobile devices. Why is my keyboard still trying to connect to my phone (and even allowing me to type on my phone?) when it's wired to my computer and Bluetooth is off under the keyboard, it's frustrating!
