This monitor DOES NOT have a DVI connector and DVI to DP signal converters are expensive and according to reviews don't work well (haven't tried). A new graphics card with a DP connection is cheaper than a signal converter. In this form, it works well as a VGA screen. If you need a higher resolution signal, check the inputs and outputs.
