The picture is misleading.
I'm a curator at a Civil War museum. The outfit is very nice, but the picture leads you to believe the cape has a hood. Was so disappointed it did not. Ordered it in particular because I thought it did. But the quality of fabric is very good, and I will enjoy wearing it.
