Review on 🌪️ Black Air King 9314 14-Inch High Velocity Multi Mount Industrial Grade Fan by Karen Cooper

I bought five different AirKing Laskofans. They usually do well. But the on/off cable came out of the engine after three months. I contacted support and they refused to replace the fan. Instead they asked me to cut the power cord and send them a photo of the broken motor, after which they sent me a new motor which they thought I should have fitted! I told them I didn't qualify for this. I said I'd be happy to send the defective fan back so they could fix it or send a replacement. They said it was "not our policy". In short, their guarantee is a scam. I asked them if they'd rather keep my $100 or replace the fan and earn my continued loyalty. They chose the first. I miss the days when a company stood up for its product and did the right thing.
